From Farm to Cup
Our coffee follows a carefully controlled journey designed to protect quality at every step — from the earth to your hands. We begin at the source, working directly with farmers in Ethiopia, where specialty coffee is grown with intention. Once imported into the United States, the coffee is transported directly to our warehouse and roastery. At our Rockville roastery, green coffee is stored, evaluated, and roasted with precision. Each batch is roasted using data-driven profiles and strict quality standards. After roasting, coffee is packaged in a clean, controlled environment and prepared for distribution.
