What is collected
Placing an order requires a name, email, shipping address, and payment details. Payment card data is handled by the payment processor and does not reach Warka servers.
Subscriptions and email
Members receive shipment and roast notifications tied to their subscription. Marketing email is separate and requires an explicit opt-in.
Business inquiries
Details submitted through the For Business forms — company, volume, timeline — are used to respond to that inquiry and to size a program. They are not sold or shared.
Analytics and cookies
Warka intends to use minimal analytics to understand which coffees and pages people actually use, with no cross-site advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask for deletion. Order records that Warka must retain for tax and accounting purposes are the exception.
