Roast-to-order schedule
Warka roasts on a fixed weekly schedule and ships to order rather than pulling from standing inventory. Orders placed after a roast day are roasted on the next one, which is why the estimated ship date shown at checkout may be a few days out.
Carriers and transit
Domestic orders ship via ground service from Rockville, Maryland. Because the roastery sits inside the DC region, most local deliveries land quickly, while cross-country transit takes longer.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the order weight and destination. The available service, rate, and estimated delivery date are shown before payment.
Local pickup
Pickup at the Rockville roastery and at café locations is planned, with a notification when the order is ready rather than a fixed window.
International orders
Warka does not currently commit to international shipping. Green coffee shipments for importers are handled separately through the business team, not through this store.
